Technical Field Support

Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Field Technician for our client in southern New Hampshire. The IT Field Technician will be tasked with going to customer sites in southern NH and northern MA to provide hands-on technical support, break/fix support, and deploy hardware and equipment. This is a contract to permanent position and the client provides a company car. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. 

Qualifications include:

• Knowledge of IT hardware and ability to provide hands-on support. 
• Associate's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• A+ certification preferred. 
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work closely with non-technical end users.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and networking. 
• Valid license and clean driving record.
• Candidates must be located within 30 miles of Manchester, New Hampshire.
