Technical Support Analyst
JOB SUMMARY
Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Technical Support Analyst for our New Hampshire client. The Technical Support Analyst will be working hands on with technology, supporting customers' hardware and software needs. This is a contract to permanent position, entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Respond to service requests through calls, emails, our ticketing system, or even in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively
• Help set up new office locations
• Keep client monitoring dashboards and reports up to date
• Set up hardware and install or remove software as needed
A Few Technical Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
• Familiarity with networking basics (Routing, Switching, VPN)
• Experience with identity management tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, or Entra ID
• Understanding of security, backups, and disaster recovery processes
