Senior Software Engineer

We’re on the hunt for a versatile, cloud-savvy Software Engineer who’s passionate about building solutions that are transforming the US healthcare space.

This is a remote role (must reside in New England) where you’ll join a team working with the latest in AWS, Azure, Databricks, FHIR APIs, and more.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build secure, high-performance cloud solutions
• Design and deploy scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL
• Work with FHIR APIs and healthcare data standards
• Optimize performance and cost across cloud workflows
• Mentor team members and help guide technical excellence

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in commercial software development
• 5+ years working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 3+ years building ETL pipelines at scale with Spark/PySpark
• Hands-on experience with Databricks is a must
• Strong Python, Java, or other OOP language skills
• Familiarity with FHIR standards & CMS interoperability mandates
• Self-starter mindset, strong communicator, and up-to-date on emerging tech
