Desktop Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for our Massachusetts client.  In this role you will be the go to support person for our client's level 1 and 2 IT support needs and work in conjunction with a vendor for higher level support and systems/network projects. This role will require candidates to be onsite 5 days per week.  

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on and remote support to local users in a Windows 10 environment. 
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripheral device, and IT equipment issues.
  • Manage Active Directory and Office 365 accounts. 
  • Be the liaison between the end users and vendors. 

Skills:
  • 1-5 years of IT Support experience.
  • Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
  • Experience with network setups and network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Vendor relations experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days/week
