Solutions Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a seasoned Solutions Engineer with a strong technical background and sharp customer-facing skills to join a high-impact team.
This is a senior-level, hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Boston), ideal for someone with deep expertise in observability, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure—and who enjoys partnering closely with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:

Drive complex technical sales cycles in partnership with account executives

Lead presentations and product demos across engineering and leadership teams

Design and deliver custom solutions that align with client needs

Own POCs, solution sizing, and technical discovery
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or architecture role

Strong coding skills (Java, Go, Python)

Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Docker, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus

Familiarity with log management, SIEM, APM, and observability tools

Confident communicator and technical storyteller
